EPAL PL - 119 licence

SAS Group has an EPAL licence with code PL - 119 which confirms that the production of pallets in our factory complies with the EPAL standard. This licence confirms that the quality of the 1200x800cm pallet complies with the standard developed by UIC. The quality of the pallet is controlled several times a month by EPAL.

Certificate No 242-BDF-549/2022

The certificate issued by the Institute of Wood Technology to the SAS Group certifies that the heat treatment used to eliminate wood-dwelling insects is carried out in accordance with the ISPM 15 standard, as a result of which our pallet can be transported within countries that require this certificate.

EPAL PL - 872 licence

SAS Group is one of the few factories in Poland which have an EPAL licence for the production of sawdust support blocks. This licence means that the process of production of support blocks guarantees their quality in accordance with standards specified by EPAL and the Institute of Wood Technology.

PEFC Certificate

The PEFC certificate means that the wood purchased by our company comes from a legal source while also ensuring that forest resources are replenished after the tree has been felled and processed.

UIC PL - 119 licence

SAS Group also has a UIC licence with code PL - 119 which conforms that the production of pallets in our factory complies with the standard of this organisation and is controlled during the production process.

UIC – PL – 482R licence

According to the UIC certificate for pallet repairs, SAS GROUP can legally repair UIC pallets according to the 435-2/4 standard and mark them with the legally protected EUR marks with a point on the right support block, UIC mark with a point on the left support block and a repair nail with the legally protected SGS mark on the middle support block.

GREEN ENERGY CERTIFICATE

In 2022, SAS GROUP received an EKO Business certificate, certifying that the electricity used in the production facility in Wola comes entirely from green energy sources.
